Let the Beat Build - Getting Wavy with Harry Fraud
In this episode of Let The Beat Build, we stopped by Brooklyn-native Harry Fraud's studio to discuss a few tricks of his trade.
Fraud has been omnipresent in the return of NYC rap over the past year or so, manning the boards on anthems such as French Montana's "Shot Caller" and "Bird On A Wire" with Action Bronson and Riff Raff. Having handled production on Smoke DZA's latest joint "Rugby Thompson" and Currency's recent Cigarette Boats EP, it doesn't look like Harry is going to be taking his foot off the pedal anytime soon.
Noisey caught up with Fraud while on a tour of the Big Apple with Smoke DZA, when he gave us the low down on working with Bronson and Riff Raff, as well as what makes his unique sound so "wavy."
