Syd has begun the rollout for her upcoming solo debut Fin in earnest. We've already heard the cold-as-ice lead single "All About Me" and we now have its emotional counterpoint, "Body." The slow jam finds Syd in a delicate Aaliyah mode as she woos a lover. "Girl, I swear I can hear your body," Syd coos over the subtly bouncy beat.There aren't that many slow jams out there from the perspective of an LGBT artist, especially from one this visible, so even though this song sounds like something playing it straight, it's definitely not.
