PREMIERE: Blondfire's "Domino" Will Cast a Spell on You

Smooth like silk on a naked tush.

Here's what you need to know about Blondfire: The lady behind the moniker is Erica Driscoll, she hails from Grand Rapids, Michigan but currently resides in LA, and makes gorgeous gauzy pop like "Kiss and Collide," and more importantly "Domino"—which we're premiering above. It's lifted from her newest EP, True Confessions, which drops today. It's smooth like silk on a naked tush.

"The song 'Domino' is one of my favorites from the ep and it came together really quickly," she explains. "When I heard those chords, the lyrics and melody flowed out of me, like it was a story that had to be told. It's a melancholy tale about being in love with someone with an addiction, and the effect that can have on you. In the end, giving your heart to the wrong person—whether they have an addiction or are just a negative force—can drag you down right along with them. 'Down I go, a domino with you…'"

And if you're heading to SXSW next week… you know what to do.
