Watch a Cool Featurette About the Making of Carly Rae Jepsen's New Album

It's packed with footage from the writing and recording sessions for E•MO•TION

Carly Rae Jepsen's massive E•MO•TION is finally out in the States as of yesterday, and she's just released "Creating E•MO•TION," a short documentary helmed by director David Kalani Larkins (who directed the "Run Away with Me" video) examining her headspace in creating the new album. In it, she talks about overcoming the stress of following up "Call Me Maybe," a hit most writers never see in all their lives, as well as her writing process and the changes her move to New York inspired in the direction of the record. Guest appearances include Tegan and Sara, storied pop writers Carl Falk, Rami Yacoub and Chris Braide, "Run Away with Me" coproducers Mattman & Robin, and more. Check out "Creating E•MO•TION" below.
