Between 21-year-old Colter Wall, 19-year-old Zander Hawley, and now 15-year-old Sammy Brue, it seems like the future of the Americana/Folk/Country is in very young, very capable hands. All three men are talented beyond their years, but where Brue stands out isn't just his age, but his razor-sharp songwriting. With influences ranging from Nirvana to Leadbelly and Woodie Guthrie, the Oregon-born teen (who has been writing songs since he was ten) has already caught the eyes and ears of artists like Justin Townes Earle and Lucinda Williams.

Today we're premiering the video for "I'm Not Your Man," an upbeat song from his forthcoming full length about wooing a girl away from her current partner because you know you're better than he is. Such brevity.

You can watch the video below. I Am Nice is out June 16.
