Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Travis Scott, Eminem, and Jack White will headline this year's Governors Ball Music Festival on Randall's Island in New York. More importantly, the festival, which is set to run from June 1 to June 3, has some fun stuff further down the bill.

The Gaslight Anthem will end a two-year-long hiatus to play their classic 2008 album, The '59 Sound; N.E.R.D will play their first New York show in 10 years; and Mark Ronson and Diplo will do something, God knows what, under the name Silk City.

The lineup goes pretty deep: 2 Chainz will bring his luxury, Japandroids will bring their smiles, Third Eye Blind will bring post-grunge back from the grave. And, further down the bill, there's a clutch of artists that'll be a lot higher up in a year or two: Chicago-based singer Knox Fortune, for whom we are all rooting; Noisey Next singer Kali Uchis; Spice Girl-loving Portland rapper Aminé.

Tickets are available from the Gov Ball website. We look forward to blogging mercilessly in the baking heat all weekend.
