Childhood Release Beautiful New Track and Video "Cameo"

It's taken from the forthcoming album 'Universal High', out this Friday.

As a performer, songwriter – basically, an artist – Childhood frontman Ben Romans-Hopcraft has gone from strength to strength. He's got numerous collaborations with the likes of Sean Lennon and Fat White Family's Saul Adamczeski under his belt – and he's now releasing his second album with Childhood, Universal High.

"Cameo" is the third single from the album, and sounds like the ideal soundtrack to an afternoon nap in the sunshine, with some selection of either fresh berries, a dripping ice cream or a cold one to hand nearby. We're premiering the video above, which is directed by Katia Ganfield. Of the new album, Romans-Hopcraft says "Universal High represents many things to us as a band. It signifies change, both musically and mentally while also revisiting influences that confounded our interest in music in the first place." Listen and watch above.
