Musk's Cover of Chrome Cranks' "Drag House" Will Give You All The Energy You Will Ever Need

Think about someone you want to punch in the face and listen to this immediately.

I've never been one for metal, screamo, or any type of genre that involves someone getting real aggro and screaming unintelligible lyrics at the top of their lungs. Something inside of me must have changed, because when I first heard Oakland-based Musk's "Drag House," I immediately cranked up the volume and had the urge to drop kick my computer and tell everyone to fuck off.

This jam bleeds reverb and has a surf rock bassline that oddly works with singer Rob Fletcher's shrieks and growls. It makes sense that their self-titled debut album was recorded with engineer Chris Woodhouse (Oh Sees, Fuzz, Ty Segall, Intelligence). This is essentially music that Satan would listen to if he were chilling in a garage in Oakland, drinking a PBR, and wearing a pair of stained vans. Think about someone you want to punch in the face and listen to this immediately.
