Meek Mill Threatened to Give Drake a Wedgie Last Night and Shared a New Diss Verse

He reportedly rapped "everybody catching bullet holes / including Drake and the whole OVO."

As the Meek Mill and Drake beef comes stumbling into its next iteration, people are asking questions. Questions like: Whose job was it to put together Drake's meme PowerPoint? Do you have any hope in a rap beef if the memes aren't on your side? What happened to old school rap beef (one answer: In 2015, you can't call someone gay and come out being the winner)? How can Meek Mill possibly respond at this point and save face?

For most people, the answer to that last question probably isn't "threaten to give Drake a wedgie," but, hey, that's where Meek Mill took it last night at a concert in Charlotte, and who are we to argue? Considering that, by introducing PowerPoint into this, Drake confirmed any victory of his comes with the caveat of him being a huge nerd, it makes sense. Fan footage of the concert shows Meek delivering this statement onstage and commenting that he's too busy going to afterparties to be in the studio, which also makes sense. The inconvenience of having to deal with scheming Rap Beef Drake while trying to party every night on tour must be exhausting.

In another snippet of fan footage, Meek raps "Wayne don't fuck with you / Stunna don't fuck with you / Tyga don't fuck with you," which didn't really help his case. As people quickly pointed out on social media, Wayne was just seen partying in Miami and rapping "Back to Back." Furthermore, it's hard to imagine a situation in which Tyga not fucking with you is somehow a negative.

Finally, Meek reportedly rapped "everybody catching bullet holes / including Drake and the whole OVO," the kind of line that one might assume finally puts him in the territory of the type of old school rap beef rhetoric people have been waiting for. But Meek's so far gone (hehe) in the court of public opinion on this one that consensus seems to be, once again, that he's fallen short of Drake's wittier rhetoric and resorted to threats. Then again, if Meek actually does give Drake a wedgie, nothing will be the same.
