The Scenes of Pitchfork Music Festival Day Three: Chance the Rapper Sang to Chicago and We Smiled

Jamie xx, Caribou, Run the Jewels, and Freddie Gibbs gave us everything we could want and more.

After a brief monsoon on Saturday that left Chicago's Union Park way too muddy for your new sneakers, Sunday brought perfect weather. A coincidence Sunday was also the best day for music? Maybe. Highlights included Freddie Gibbs and Madlib tearing up the green stage (and if we remember correctly, Gibbs said "fuck police" roughly 200 times during the set), Waxahatchee proving rock music isn't dead, Jamie xx controlling our minds (despite kind of looking like a dork), Caribou making us wish we had taken magic mushrooms, and Chance the Rapper performing for his hometown squad. We had Noisey photographers Petya Shalamanova and Ellie Pritts continue snapping the scenes after the first two days.
