You’ve probably been hearing about Laibach a lot recently. The industrial group recently went on a tour of North Korea in Pyongyang, playing their industrial and strange tunes for the locked off country. The industrial band playing for the totalitarian regime is a stark and important image, a dichotomy they express in all different ways.

Their new video for “We Are Millions And Millions Are One” also presents a stark image for the band, of a bleak and evershifting landscape. The video features illustrated textures of capture and an ever-shifting mass of a figure warping itself around a prison complex. The song pushes their boundaries as musicians as well, showing what the poppier side of industrial is like in a contemporary context.
