Chance the Rapper's 2017 has been great, not just because of his music, but also due to the charitable efforts he's put forth for Chicago youth. In March he announced that he'd be donating a million dollars to the Chicago Public School system. That same day he also announced that his non-profit organization SocialWorks would be donating $10,000 to select Chicago schools. Chance continues those efforts today as he announced a new partnership with Lyft.

Starting today, if you take a Lyft in Chicago, you can round up your fare and donate to the rapper's fund for kids in underfunded Chicago Public Schools. The proceeds will go through Chance's New Chance: Arts & Literature Fund which ensures that kids at Chicago Public Schools with declining graduation rates have access to arts enrichment. "Through the New Chance Arts & Literature Fund, I'm committed to giving the kids in Chicago as much as I can. And now with Lyft's Round Up & Donate, we can give them much more because the more we ride, the more we raise to bring more arts programs to Chicago Public Schools," Chance said in a press release.
