Father 2 Chainz already brought gospel back with "Good Drank 2.0" and now he has his sights set on the world of R&B with a new track that suddenly appeared. Truthfully, "It's a Vibe" would be kind of a weird song if it was just Chainz delivering crude metaphors (he says he needs riot gear for sex at one point), which why the employment of literally everyone in R&B helps. Eschewing traditional structure where the singer takes the hook and the rapper does the verses, Chainz instead is on the chorus, with Ty Dolla Sign, Trey Songz, and Jhené Aiko each taking a solo, to inappropriately use band terminology.
