Thundercat, wearer of sandals and player of a very large bass, brought yacht rock legends Michael McDonald and Kenny Loggins with him to Fallon last night for a performance of "Show You The Way." The winding funk track, taken from Thundercat's recent Drunk LP, was already as smooth as the varnished marble on a tastefully-decorated cruiseliner, but with McDonald's baritone and Loggins' falsetto, it's as smooth as the sailing on a calm afternoon in early-June.Watch the video at the top of the page.Alex Robert Ross is pro-yacht.
