Portland rapper Aminé has had a hell of a time since his single "Caroline" became a sleeper top 20 hit last year. Newly emboldened, the video for his recent track "REDMERCEDES" is a goofy piece of social commentary that stars Aminé as both a meek car salesman and in whiteface as a brash, stereotypically "hood" prospective customer.The gag is that the roles are flipped, with the black dealership staff being overly cautious of the "white" group's antics and hooliganisms.
