Back in December, Zayn and Taylor Swift released their duet, "I Don't Want To Live Forever," from the soundtrack to upcoming mommy porn movie Fifty Shades Darker, released in the UK on February 10. Much more in Zayn's regular wheelhouse than Swift's, it's a dark R&B-inflected track in the vein of Pillow Talk that showcases his vocal range (how often we forget about Zayn's prodigious range) and her songwriting ability.
And today we have the music video for the track and it is, let's say, interesting. Zayn and Swift are portrayed as a separated couple (I think?) tortured by their love for one another, and we understand that this is the case because Zayn half-heartedly smashes up a table and Swift resurrects her whole audition-for-the-school-play screaming and hair-pulling thing from the "Blank Space" video, as a special treat for us all.
