A Tribe Called Quest Announce Tribute to Phife Dawg in New York City

"The Celebration of Phife" happens tomorrow in Queens.

It's been a tough couple of weeks after the passing of A Tribe Called Quest's Phife Dawg, and now the group is set to offer him an official tribute in New York City. Tomorrow, April 4, the group will be honoring his life in Queens at St. Albans Park at 10:30 AM with "The Celebration of Phife." They've promised that "the first 200 fans to arrive will receive something very special," but other than that the details on what the event entails have been very sparse. Either way, it will be sure to be a well-rounded tribute for the group's fallen member.
