Earlier this year, Jane & Finch rapper Robin Banks was shot nine times in Vaughan. Banks, real name Liban Randall, survived, but he remains in hospital with a severed spinal cord, awaiting what will likely be a lengthy rehabilitation process.Randall's family has put together a crowdfunding page on YouCaring to help facilitate his medical expenses. As they explain in a statement on the page, "[we are] hopeful that he will recover to a degree that he can be self-sustaining and a contributor to society but his injuries will require… extensive medical therapies and costly equipment."
