Zachary Shneider is something of a Mark Lanegan, isn't he? The Melbourne-based musician's prolificacy is something shocking. Having hands in the pies of many good things, including but not limited to bands Full Ugly, Milk Teddy, Free Time, and Totally Mild, it was no wonder that his debut solo work under the name Great Outdoors—Dads Oasis, which came out back in April—was very fucking good.And, prolific as we know him, Zachary's second effort as Great Outdoors is here already; the follow up album Fake News (out June 30th on Smooch Records) where he's now joined by Dylan Young and Max Impact. The three came together with a vision of pumping out an album in no time, which they absolutely did, recording the thing over just two days back in January.Today on Noisey we premiere the debut video from Fake News, for single "Keep Your Focus". Bit like Hysterical Literature but with, as far as we can tell, a lot less masturbation. Check it out below.
