Listen to Century Palm’s Beautiful New Song About Body Organ Corrosion

The latest track from the Canadian band's upcoming album 'Meet You' explores physical and emotional catabolysis.

Andrew Payne, frontman of Century Palm, likens "Reset Reaction", the latest track from the band's upcoming album Meet You as some kind of weird David Croneburg type mind melt.

"It is an awkward/harrowing journey into my mind as I experience relationship-induced anxiety. It describes the unresearched-by-me psychosomatic condition where one feels as though their body has decided to poison and corrode its own organs. Sleep seems impossible but eventually happens. Then you wake up and everything is fine, till next time."

The band, who grew from the ashes of Ketamines and numerous other Canadian rock and punk acts, trade in agitated post punk and new wave with traces of Krautrock.

Meet You is set for release on March 10 through Deranged and the band are about to head out out on a Canadian tour.

'Meet You' is available March 10 on Deranged.
