Is "Macklestore" The Most Successful Soundclown of All Time?

Macklemore's "Can't Hold Us" set to the Wii Shop theme song changed my life. Will it change yours?

I honestly do so much for you guys. And I get hardly any recognition. What I do every day isn't easy, you know. 14-year-old me would have shuddered to think I chose a career which more or less constituted of my sharing music I'd found and thought was good. If 14-year-old me was given this job, she'd sit at her desk with giant headphones on, listening to Queens of the Stone Age on 11, mumbling about how "now everyone's gonna like them… I was here since Rated R…"

Not 28-year-old me, though. No sir. Each and every day I selflessly share with the world—the ten thousand or so people bored and lost enough to end up here—the things I find on the corners (front pages) of the internet, that bring me joy, so that you too can experience that very joy. What is life anyway, if experienced alone? You feel me?

That said, I suppose I've been holding out on you guys. The one thing created by man that gives me the most joy of all (second only, if at all, to that video of the kid talking about being dissed and dismissed by her crush), I have kept to myself. And you know the silliest part? I didn't even mean to! I was, for some reason, under the impression that I had already shared it with the world. Perhaps because I spent the many weeks and months after hearing it for the first time, telling anyone who would listen, about its importance and relevance and genuine quality.

Anyway. Maybe I've said enough. Maybe it's time to let Soundcloud user RonsRouge do the talking. Through the only medium he knows how: seamlessly putting two songs together and incidentally discovering the true and real existence of magic. What a time etc.
