The Lansdowne's Saturday Afternoon Gigs Are Returning

Rolling Blackouts and British India headline upcoming weekend shows.

This article is supported by Budweiser who are hosting their Bud Garage gig series across Sydney over the next few months. It kicks off this month at The Lansdowne.

A few years ago, hauling your arse down to the iconic Lansdowne Hotel to grab a cheap pint and catch a local act for a grand total of zero dollars was a dream come true for rock dogs around Sydney. With its devastating close back in 2015, the venue re-opened its doors last month and it's safe to say that the Lansdowne is back on its bullshit and better than ever.

Every Saturday afternoon this month, they're holding a (free) gig as part of the Bud Garage series. Bloody beautiful.

Scope the dates below for the upcoming Lansdowne Saturday afternoon sessions:

Aug 5 - Totally Unicorn and The Pretty Littles w/ SCABZ
Aug 12 - Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever w/ Bloods, Body Type, and 100
Aug 19 - British India w/ Good Boy, The Ruminaters, A.D.K.O.B, Rackett, Planet, Kimono Drag Queens and Dress Thèque
Doors open at 2pm.

These events at The Lansdowne are free, get down early to avoid disappointment. You can find out more info here.
