Public Possession are a organisation responsible for championing world class funky house and disco from their foundation in Munich, Germany. Chief operators since 2013 Mavin and Valentino are two long time friends who bounded over the sacred passion of spinning excellent wax. This weekend they are returning to their home away from home to team up with Picnic Social for a full venue takeover of Harpoon Harry's. It's going to be an all time boogie supported by local heroes Hurbert Clarke Jr, Noise In My Head, Heavenly, Andy Garvey and Johnny Lieu (Spin the Bottle), Chic Bones and of course the picnic dream team Kali , Andy Webb and Adi Toohey.

What's more is that Adi Toohey from Picnic has done us a obscenely good mix to mark this momentous occasion: "The mix is a peek into the wonderful world of Public Possession, a taster for Picnic Social this Sunday. One of the tracks 'Heat of the Moment' is an edit by long-time friend of Picnic, Tamas Jones of Hey Convict! who will also be DJing at the party. I cheated and included one track by Marvin and Valentino (with Beni Brachtel under the production alias Tambien) that was on another label, because Carly (Kali) and I both consider it one of our favourite tracks!"
