Watch Flesh World Transform Into an Art School Biker Gang

The Bay Area band deliver bold and desaturated pop on new video "Into the Shroud".

San Fransisco dream punks Flesh World have released a video for the title track from their second LP Into the Shroud.

Following a moody cover of "Destination Moon from 80s UK synth pop duo Solid Space, the Bay Area band's new video features painted images from vocalist Jess Scott, and some heavy revving of some stationary motorcycles.

The band, not to be confused with the former Melbourne hardcore punks, formed in 2012 after Scott, who was playing in indie-pop band Brilliant Colours, teamed up with guitarist Scott Moore from queer punks Limp Wrist. The two bonded over their shared love of The Velvet Underground and The Jesus And Mary Chain and a band was born. The new record, available Sep 8 on Dark Entries, includes rhythm section of bassist Andrew Luttrell and drummer Sam Lefebvre, and continues their love affair with moody and dark melody.
