Jonah Baseball Remixes Gosh Pith Ahead of Detroit Homecoming Gig

When most people think of Detroit, their minds may turn to politically conscious techno-wavers like Robert Hood and Underground Resistance. But little do many of these people know, the Motor City is actually now being occupied with DJs and producers who don't just rep analog machine music, but instead more future-leaning bass sounds. Two of such DJ/producers are the Detroit-based duo Gosh Pith and Ann-Arbor bred Jonah Baseball.

Ahead of their upcoming May 1 gig with Perfect Pussy in their hometown, the two outfits have joined forces in the form of Jonah Baseball's remix of Gosh Pith's cosmic-trap production "Smoke Bellow." An intriguing (and sativa smelling) indicator of the newly budding Detroit underground the two outfits are working tirelessly to evolve and grow, this new remix is gleaming with their talented potential. It's also a potent peak into what a new wave of their city might soon look and sound like.
