THUMPday Jams: Justin Martin, Four Tet, Die Antwoord, and more!

It's the weekly roundup of new singles to get you through the hump.

THUMP helps you get through Hump Day with a round-up of the hottest singles of the week. This week features Fout Tet, UGFY, Justin Martin, Mr. Bill and Die Antwoord.

Rome Fortune (prod. Four Tet) - "One Time" [self-released]
My entry into the electronic music landscape came via the wonderful world of rap and hip-hop beats, so it's a small gift to me (and the world) when a song floats into the ether that so uniquely compliments each genre on it's own, while making them even better together. "One Time" does exactly that with English producer Four Tet laying down an warm airy beat for Atlanta's thoughtful rising rhymer, Rome Fortune. This is one of two collaborations. Stay tuned. —Lauren Schwartzberg (@LaurSchwar)

UGFY - "Ice Crush"
It don't mean a thing, if it ain't got that swing. —Joel Fowler (@freemagic)

Nadastrom - "Fallen Down" (Justin Martin Remix)
Word has it that moombahton mastas Nadastrom are going on to release an album of…house music. In anticipation of this intriguing change up they have enlisted the expertise of booty-dropping professor, Justin Martin, to flip their first album single "Fallen Down" into a squelchy slice of bumping bass farts. I'm pretty sure if Fat Bastard's sphincter could make music it would sound something like this. In a good way of course. Also, I want to have intimate relations with Annie Mac's voice. Who can hook that up?—David Garber (@DLGarber)

Mr. Bill - "For A Friend"
I'm pretty sure Mr. Bill is a production genius. He's a big, hairy Australian kid with a gauged bullring nose piercing who likes to talk about his feelings on facebook, but some of his tracks are funky glitch-pop gold. He's actually on his first US tour at the moment so check a homie out.—Jemayel Khawaja (@JemayelK)

Anamanaguchi - "Bosozoku GF" (Ultrademon Remix)
Watch me as I prance into the star-spangled neon rainbow where kids like Ultrademon and Anamanaguchi live. It's a magical place where over-the-top J-pop cuteness and skittering jungle kicks live in perfect harmony. It's also known as seapunk HQ. —Michelle Lhooq (@MichelleLhooq)

Die Antwoord - "Pitbull Terrier" [Zef Records]

What if the Cats motion picture screenplay was re-written as a disastrous love story thriller by Gaspar Noé, stripped of all dialogue, and soundtracked by raverap acid techno? This.—Max Pearl (
