It's safe to say that Sydney's VOLUMES festival had an incredible maiden outing, with a huge range of local talent – including Friendships, Canyons, Lower Spectrum and more – shining in the live setting. The festival was a hell of a reminder in regards to Sydney's music venues have to offer, showing that sick music can overcome any lockout law suppression.
