Team Supreme To Mark 2-Year Anniversary By Inducting Shweez of Two Fresh and AWE.

Over the past two years, Team Supreme has taken over the West Coast beat scene. Their weekly cyphers have grown from a single e-mail thread into the meeting ground for an ever-expanding community of underground producers. Acts like Djemba Djemba, Colta, and Penthouse Penthouse have garnered international attention with releases on labels like Mad Decent and Terrorhythm.

This weekend, they'll celebrate their 2 year anniversary at The Echoplex in Los Angeles. The event will bring together almost the entirety of the Team's existing roster, with the addition of the first inductees since the group's inception. Shweez of Two Fresh (Elm and Oak, SMOG) joins the collective after years of involvement, as does 19 year-old wonderkid AWE (Terrorhythm).

Preston Walker, one half of Penthouse Penthouse, tells THUMP, "It felt natural to bring AWE and Sherwyn on board. These guys were family way before we ever decided to invite them on. They're extremely talented producers."
