Toronto's favourite laid back rapper, The 6th Letter, shouldn't be a new name to rap fans. We already told you all about his steady climb to the top, but now the rapper has released his first project in three years. With the Outkast inspired album title, NorthenPlayalisticGetHighMuzik has a lot to live up to, and 6th's smoked out lyrics over a tracklist full of Raz Fresco's production combine to set an equally immersive environment for listeners.With the aid of numerous Bakers Club members, and even an appearance from the reclusive Jimmy Prime (doing his best 50 Cent impression) NorthenPlayalisticGetHighMuzik sets the bar early in the year for being the most cohesive Toronto rap project. If The 6th Letter can push projects at a rate faster than one every three years, there's no reason he couldn't be the next Curren$y.
