Explore Paranoia In Peluché's Video For "The Guy With The Gammy Eye"

It starts with a delightful little ice cream treat on a Summer's afternoon and ends, clothes on, in a pool of water.

D'you guys know Speedy Wunderground? The London based label are renowned for their swiftness at going studio-to-pressing-plant and three piece Peluché have arguably become the label's quickest ever release. Essentially what happened was this: Speedy Wunderground recieved Peluché's track, caught their live show, sent them down to producer Dan Carey's South London studio, and after one day recording, sent the track off to the pressing plant to be pushed into vinyl. Speedy indeed!

That track, that record-breaking, fastest-ever-released track from Peluché is called "The Guy With The Gammy Eye". Below we've got the video. The guy starring doesn't have a gammy eye, persay, but he does have another affliction. After eating an ice cream, a delightful little treat on a Summer's afternoon, things go down hill and he begins to experience paranoia. The team behind the video, East City Films, say "it's a subtle and darkly humorous performance" which is true, because the video ends with a dude running, clothes on and everything, into a vast body of water.
