So, things seem to be going well.Last night, riding that wave, she was the musical guest on Saturday Night Live, performing the two singles from her latest album, HERO. On "My Church" she stood with a white guitar, invoking radio-as-God, backed by her band and a twinkling, Christmas-ready set. "80s Mercedes" saw her step out front without her guitar, flawlessly belting out her chorus.Maren Morris is a legitimate country star now.
