Listen to a Most Excellent New Track from Vampire Weekend's Chris Baio

Chris Baio is good at many things. He is good at playing the bass for this little indie band called Vampire Weekend (maybe you've heard of them). He is good at popping off some dance moves while playing the bass for said band. He is also good—very, very good—at producing electronic music under his DJ name, BAIO, as evidenced by his last two EPs, Sunburn and Mira. Now Baio is back with "On&On&On&On," the title track off his next release, out September 29 on Club Mod. If you're into Caribou, Four Tet, or Gold Panda, you will definitely be into this. With a heavy 4x4 beat playing nicely off sun-dappled vocals, jaunty fingersnaps, and shimmering melodies, "On&On&On&On" is the sonic equivalent of giving zero fucks while kicking back in a hammock with a coconut rum cocktail. Or five.
