Trading Dark Blues For Killer Post-Punk: You Need To Hear The New Wovenhand

David Eugene Edwards Trades A Blues-Stomp For a Dance-y Stomp

Whether as a member of 16 Horsepower, Crime & The City Solution, or any number of other projects, David Eugene Edwards empties his heart into his work. His primary vehicle though is , an, until recently, stark and blues-tinged project that touched on post-punk and had an old-time-y, religious feel. Throw all of that out the window with his new track, "Good Shepherd," a post-punk ripper that is a sharp left-turn from that somber, mostly acoustic-based work. Fear not, it's a motherfucking burner.
