PREMIERE: Dead Heavens Play Dangerous and Heavy Rock in "Feel Low"

Walter Schreifels and the band come together to bring the heaviness.

There's some lineups in music that are truly untouchable in terms of musical history. This can be said about Dead Heavens, the band that puts together Walter Schreifels (vocals, guitar), Paul Kostabi (Youth Gone Bad, White Zombie), Nathan Aguilar (Cults), and Drew Thomas (Crippled Youth, Bold, Youth of Today) all in one crazy, solid rock band.

Today, we're premiering the band's new 7", featuring the song "Feel Low." We premiered the other side of the split where the band cover's Can's "I'm So Green," so it's only right we give you the whole package today. "Feel Low" brings the chunky and heavy elements from that cover, maximizing the weight and power to make their sound feel like a fifty ton hammer. The guitar lines in the middle break point of the song give it elements of sludge and absolute pure heaviness, enough to satisfy any fan of ultra heavy rock music. In the span of one song, the band can show a myriad of the best elements guitar rock can throw at you.
