Watch A$ton Matthews' "What You Need" Video

Directed by Andrew Hines.

A$ton Matthews, whose debut NOFVCKSGIVEN and last summer’s Versace Ragz has given the Lakewood, CA rapper a platform for success, is gearing up to release his latest project, A$ton 3:16, very, very soon.

Today, we're excited to premiere his new video for "What You Need" produced by Jay Curry—and if you don't get the "I got that work" hook in your head after watching, you probably have no soul. The video was directed by Andrew Hines, the mastermind behind the videos for A$AP Ferg's "Shabba," PARTYNEXTDOOR's "Over Here," and A$AP Ant's "See Me," among others.

We interviewed A$ton last summer about everything from growing up in Cali to his obsession with wrestling—which if you're familiar with his music, you know all about. And that love for wrestling is more than apparent with his 3:16 homage to Stone Cold Steve Austin. Watch his video for "What You Need" above, with appearances from the Cutthroat Boyz, A$AP Yams, A$AP Rocky, and more, and peep the album art for his upcoming project below:
