Noisey Specials - Behind The Scenes With Noel Gallagher & Mischa Barton On The Set Of "Everybody's on the Run"
Features
Here’s a video of what happened when Annette Lamothe-Ramos and I drove overnight from the Coachella festival after three days of no sleep or drugs and attempted to make a coherent “Behind The Scenes” look at Noel Gallagher’s latest video.
I think it turned out pretty good in the circumstances, mainly thanks to Noel being the easiest-to-interview-quote-machine-amazing-people in the history of the music business / Great Britain. If they made him Prime Minister I would consider moving back there (I left last year for America as I am strictly opposed to the proposed privatisation of the National Health Service).
The Mischa Barton thing was a bit awk as Annette went to the Professional Children’s School in New York, with her; and it’s always pretty weird bumping into people from school, as you’ve probably both been through quite a lot since you last met.
We talked to them both about drugs, cars, police, why videos are boring, Oasis, why stylists are gay and what musical instrument Mischa Barton would be if she could transform herself into one. It’s pretty funny.
