VIMES - "House Of Deer" (Official Video)
Everybody loves Cologne-based electronic duo VIMES. Like Chilly Gonzales, who describes himself as a VIMES fan. Or Hot Chip, who brought VIMES along with them for their Central America tour last year. But you know what? We don‘t give a fuck. Even if Madonna were announce that she never does a bikram session without listening to VIMES, we don't care.
The only thing we care about is that the duo, consisting of Azhar Syed and Julian Stetter, make great house music. The proof's in the pudding with their new video for "House Of Deer" consisting mostly of live footage from concerts they played in Berlin and Mexico.
VIMES are playing SXSW and at the Canadian Music Week in Toronto.
Written & produced by Julian Stetter & Azhar Syed
Upcoming single out through Humming Records/Rough Trade
Shot at locations in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Cholula (Mexico), Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne and Halle (Germany) featuring additional visuals by Till Beutling (Klangfiguren)
Shot by: Max Motel, Marc Gerz & VIMES
