Metronomy Is On The Road Again!

If you're anything like us, Metronomy's Mercury Prize-nominated third LP, The English Riviera, was your go-to poolside playlist for sangria and skinny dips.

Who are we kidding? The closest we got to crystal-clear waters and umbrella drinks this summer was sweating through our clothes on packed L train cars and raiding the VICE office's beer room supply (jealous?). But that doesn't mean that having The English Riviera on constant rotation didn't make us feel like we were sipping bubbly and dipping our toes into the Mediterranean...

Even though they're just now finishing up a massive tour, Metronomy has announced plans to bring their scintillating summer sound on the road yet again; first, through the UK on the NME Awards tour (with Two Door Cinema Club, Tribes, and Azealia Banks), and then to the states on a thirteen-date spring tour. And while we Americans have to wait until March to catch Joseph Mount and crew in action, Metronomy will be dropping the Everything Goes My Way remix EP December 6th to tide us over for now.
