Real Lies: "World Peace"

The London trio somehow make Balearic beats melancholy with a video that'll have you nostalgic for summer romances.

While London trio Real Lies debut offering, "Deeper", was more of a staying-up-till-6am-to-talk-about-your-feelings track, the flipside "World Peace" sees them jacking up the pace and enlisting some infectious Balearic swoops. Don't worry though, they rein it in with some reassuringly melancholy vocals.

The boys have now once again called on the help of filmmaker, Rollo Jackson, to match that melancholy in the video, as we become a fly-on-the-wall to some fleeting young love vibes. Basically, it'll either have you nostalgic as shit for summer romances or coping with the crushing realisation that you're going to die alone. Enjoy!

"World Peace/Deeper" will be released as a double a-side via Sweet Exile/Marathon Artists on 4th November 2013. And in the meantime you can listen to their mixtape Poise of Veron
