WE'RE THROWING A BOAT PARTY AT OUTLOOK

The Outlook line-up is looking more than decent this year, with Busta Rhymes, DJ Premier, Rodigan E-Z, Big Narstie, Newham Generals and, oh yeah, Lauryn Hill playing. Even better news, Noisey is hosting a boat party this year. Line-up will be announced shortly. Also, if anyone knows how to drive a boat, please get in touch.
