It's clear Notting Hill Carnival is a paradise. For one weekend each August, the West London postcode turns into a haven filled with rum punch, Red Stripe, soundsystems, and a whole lot of daggering. The police get involved; someone always ends up spewing over the pavement; yet everything remains harmonious. So with that in mind we sent photographer William Coutts out into the wet slush of West London and he came back with some very good photos.
