The top ten list for The Prism Prize was released today in anticipation of the final winner being crowned on March 23. Since 2012, The Prism Prize has been recognizing modern Canadian music videos. The award is chosen by a jury of over 100 Canadian music and film industry professionals from all forms of media. Past winners include the director of Arcade Fire's "Sprawl II" and the director of Rich Aucoin&#x2019;s "Brian Wilson is A.L.i.V.E". Take a look at the 2014 nominees below:

Toronto-based live electronic outfit KEYS N KRATES present the official music video for their breakthrough single "Dum Dee Dum" from their recently released SOLOW EP, out now on Dim Mak Records. Directed by Slave Labour, the video is a hilarious mockumentary that explores the Mennonite culture. In the video, the director visits various Mennonite communities and introduces members to current technology unbeknownst to them, including iPods, boom boxes, and more, all the while blaring the "Dum Dee Dum" track in full blast. The reaction from the Mennonite community to the alien sounds of "Dum Dee Dum" is priceless.

Our new song "So It Goes" is about a life altering experience that Menno's grandfather had during WW2, while fighting for the Dutch Resistance in occupied Holland. We won't tell you more than that, hopefully you will watch the video and see why we wanted to make a 9 minute mini-documentary to tell this story. It's a pretty incredible tale of forgiveness and redemption. We really believe that it has an important message that needs to be heard, so if you agree with us, it would mean a lot if you shared this link with some people in your life.
