Premiere: Le Trouble Gets Animated With Their Video for Real Talk

Watch the Montreal rock group's arcade-inspired video and appreciate how far video games have come.

Le Trouble is a five-piece rock group from Montreal made up of adults, which completely explains the fact that their new music video is all about video games. The light and airy song is the soundtrack to what appears to be the oddest level of gameplay known to man and nerd alike. I don't want to ruin it for you, but there's a baby involved.

Said the band about the video, "while we were tossing around ideas, we joked about those old revenge games like Final Fight, where gangs of theatrically dressed thugs go on a rampage of violence to get their woman back, killing, bashing, burning, whatever… then they find her and she completely unharmed. The heroes were really the assholes. As for the tune, it about admitting that you're both wanting more from each other… and that whatever got you together has been buried under a thousand tiny cruelties…. too far gone to get back. The kind thing is to kill it."

You can listen to their debut EP here.
