Get Weird With The New Brendan Phillip EP

Toronto’s soul-funk/electro-ambient artist Brendan Philip’s has released his highly anticipated project, download it here.

Toronto’s soul-funk/electro-ambient artist Brendan Philip’s has released his highly anticipated project The Saint and the Ceremony in collaboration with Fake Art Records. The androgynous aura of echoing voices, multiplied loops of Brian Eno-inspired synthesized art pop and fearless hyper-calypso elements embody the endless entranced quality in his songs. His music dives and extracts all social conventions and releases the amorous instincts of human nature fully-orchestrated by the integration of many sub-groups of music. Philip's songs evoke his hyper-caribbean/pan-african identity, while lyrically he contemplates the his world of politics, sex and identity.
