Question Your Reality with Foreign Tongues New Video for "Fools Of Love"

What brings people together better than hallucinations?

Do you ever notice things from the corner of your eye that you're positive everyone else missed? For a second, you feel like you're in the fucking Matrix, realizing something weird's going on that no one is noticing. It could be anything, maybe a weird message scrawled on a wall, or a bunch of floating block like shapes in the air. That kind of confusion is exactly what you'd find in Foreign Tongues' new video for "Fools of Love."

Foreign Tongues is a band from New England that plays a very distinct style of hard, indie rock. In the video directed by Erik Rojas, we follow a man as he notices these floating blocks, and freaks out. He leaves his house, trying to figure out what the hell is going on, while everyone seemingly ignores him and the shapes. The song strums and hums along, while the shapes multiply more and more, eventually revealing an even larger block. Of the video and loneliness of no one else seeing what you do, director Rojas says:

"Cam (lead vocalist) and I had talked about this idea for a music video several months ago, and after getting some talented friends on board, we decided to go for it. From a narrative standpoint, I think it's safe to say it's a story about realizing that sometimes you're not alone, even though that may seem like the case."
