PREMIERE: Save Your Bullshit for Another Day with Ramsay Almighty's "Numb"

Life might not be the greatest for RMSY in his new video, but it's nothing a SQUAD!-night can't solve.

While it's never wise to assume, it seems like Kitchner, Ontario-based artist Ramsay Almighty is going through some rough times. But if new video “Numb” off his 2014 Dear Winter EP is any indication, he'd rather save that bullshit for another day. Instead, he settles on the important things in life like taking the Greyhound to Toronto and mobbing on stage with his squad and maybe falling in love for the night. Granted, even that may not be enough, as he admits “it's kind of sad because I'm losing hope.” The track itself adds to that notion with cold and sparse production over RMSY's melancholic verses.

"This video represents where my mind was at the past couple months," explains Ramsay Almighty. "I was young and desensitized. I had grown numb to a lot of the things around me since my father was murdered this past December. I've performed every month since, got love from my friends and supporters, but I still felt empty. Working on this video was therapy in a time where I felt I was losing myself."
