Holy Fuck Had a Busy Four Years

Think what a song about your last four years would be like: moving house a million times, the last episode of Breaking Bad, maybe a sibling pumped out a couple of kids.

Sabbatics, the B-side of Holy Fuck's new single from the upcoming 7”, is their first track four years. Take a minute to think about what a song about your last four years would be like: moving house a million times, the last episode of Breaking Bad, maybe a sibling pumped out a couple of kids—it’s a surprisingly depressing activity.

Holy Fuck were supposed to spend part of the last four years chilling out after touring steady from 2006 to 2011. But they ended up busier than ever producing records, getting pets and pumping out kids. Apparently that’s unavoidable. Sabbatics is a frantic and fun track created from what seems like a frantic and fun time.

We’re still not convinced they’re above a song about that Breaking Bad shoot out though.
