Forget about Hardcore, Xerxes Have Gone Death Rock with New Single "Knife"

See how deep that "Knife" cuts

Xerxes returns with their new LP Collision Blonde, and now more than ever, the band's expansive influences and vision outside of hardcore can be felt. The guitars behind "Knife"come straight from an early Bauhaus or Christian Death record but retain a post-hardcore feel. The vocals and the attack that cement the band's background in hardcore, making for an interesting middle ground, and one that works well. Check it out for yourself, and look for the LP via No Sleep on October 21.
