Last month for POP Montreal we threw a massive show with our good friend Killer Mike from Atlanta, Georgia. There were so many excitedly drunk people crowdsurfing to Mike's political rap anthems we lost count of the amount of "Fuck Ronald Reagan" chants we ended up hearing throughout the night. It was particularly amusing because most of the people there weren't alive for Ronald Reagan's reign but hey, fuck that guy, right? Anyway, before all of that pandemonium unfolded, we caught up with Mike in his hotel room and ended up chatting with him about cars for a good half hour. Highlights include: learning how he swindled Big Boi out of a car through the magic of weed, and the first memorable time he hooked up with a lady in his grandfather's car back in high school.
