The Oakland Raiders put on a dominant show against the Carolina Panthers today—that is, up until they watched a 17-point lead evaporate somewhere between the second and third quarters. The fourth quarter was a hell of a battle, though, as the Raiders picked up a TD and a two point conversion to level with the Panthers—all of this with Oakland QB Derek Carr's throwing-pinkie jammed into some kind of glove configuration since the beginning of the third quarter.Take a look at what he was dealing with:

Youch. But instead of complaining that it feels different with the glove on, Carr acted like a real man and threw absolute lasers and bombs to his receivers anyway. The clutchest of them all, though? Carr's 49-yard pass that somehow found a completely smothered and covered Michael Crabtree with just under five minutes left in the game. A quick pivot, perfect ball awareness, and a beautiful catch as Crabtree's coverage rips off his helmet. While the drive didn't lead to a TD, it secured the field goal to break the tie. Carolina's drive would later be stopped by a vicious Khalil Mack strip sack on 4th and 10. Goodnight, and the Raiders are now 9-2 with a five game win streak. Just win, baby.Derek Carr has dislocated the pinky finger on his throwing hand after a botched snap.#RaiderNation #KeepPounding #CARvsOAK pic.twitter.com/RdQDC7xR1T
